Thank you Ana! I appreciate you mentioning mindfulness. It is so important, but I am still a novice. If you have any tips to share about being more mindful and “staying present,” please share. Oh and the boat ride was lovely. I have never been to Norway, but love to travel (live in US/Chicago), and Norway is definitely on my list of places to see. ❤Thanks again for your great videos, I look for to watching more.

Thank you so much for your lovely message. I always try to teach mindfulness through my videos. Not only in the writing but through the day to day activities I show ❤️. Through slow and calm filming, trying to bring the person that is watching to the present moment. I have been practicing mindfulness for 15 years, and even if it comes naturally to me now, sometimes I really have to remind myself. So it’s a daily practice and one that I love to teach. I will definitely share more tips in the future. Mindfulness is becoming popular now and I see that friends, family and viewers are interested in it. I am so happy that you enjoyed! Norway is a beautiful place. I hope you have a wonderful weekend 🥰

I wanted to see the clounds once again,I couldn t take my eyes from them.I havn t seen so many colours in the sky,it was amasing! So happy that you enjoyed it 😍. Yes, it takes lots of patience. I have been practicing mindfulness since 2009. You practice and one day it is really easy and it comes naturally ❤️. It’s ok that the thoughts come back. Just noticing that that happens it’s a progress 😁. Just keep doing it whenever you remember. There is not hurry to get better and you can’t do it wrong. There is something special about being in a boat on the water in summer! Once again an enjoyable cozy video. I have a little summer cabin on Lake Erie (one of Canada’s Great Lakes) and occasionally go out on my brother- in- laws boat. It is an extremely large lake and can get quite wavy at times lol.

I have stayed alone in many hotels in Torremolinos and other cities in Spain and felt always safe. I particularly recommend Hotel Isabel, Hostal Beatriz and Hotel Los Jazmines if you are interested in going to Torremolinos.

Hola. ana ¿Cómo estás? Mirar al cachorrito me hace extrañar a mi perro Sarang. Es una zona rural y mi madre está criando al perro porque le preocupa que pueda estar expuesto a varias garrapatas. Es muy divertido despertarse por la mañana y tomar un café mientras contempla el bosque. Nunca te he visto, pero vivimos vidas diarias similares. Tengo la misma parrilla... jaja Mantente saludable y feliz siempre. Que solo te lleguen cosas buenas...

Oh I know. With little ones it’s more difficult. When my children were small I just took little breaks to be on my own. Just 10 minutes in a room alone to read or to just relax without interruptions it was great. Having a pampering bath after putting the children to bed was another one I did regularly 😁
