I bought a ICON 73" toolbox, it arrived damaged! Will Harborfrieght make good? Also a full unboxing and look at the box!

Harbor Freight loaded onto their truck, but then it was most likely taken back to their terminal and moved several times to different linehaul trailers as it was relayed to your state, then finally loaded onto the local delivery truck.

Thanks for the video! It is an awesome looking toolbox! I’d love that black trim in an orange, grey, or red one. Like the USG Gen3 colors. Maybe next year for me or if they go on a huge sale I might jump on one.

That's a nice looking toolbox, & I love that it's green, I'd expect nothing else from you. The damage could have been a lot worse & like you said it's good that it's on the back.

it's not always the store itself for any damages. most times it's from the distribution. then the other times rips are in their cardboard it's because a pallet probably rubbed against it

For sure, but the store is selling it to the customer, so they end up being liable.

I just ordered today a ICON 73x25 Black Tool Cabinet at my nearby Harbor Freight. I pray the 3rd party shipping company delivers it damage free! I'm using this box to mount a new metal lathe on by adding a solid birch butcher block of same size. Estimated delivery 2/1/24.

I also received my box damaged from Harbor Freight. Mine is damaged on the front and I can't even unlock it because the mechanism is tweaked. Pretty disappointing.

I ordered mine 2 weeks ago and they said 12-24 for delivery. Sucks cause I returned my series 3 to buy this now I don't have anywhere to put my tools.

@@slow_restoration started to look into it after seeing your video and posting my comment. Kinda bs that you can’t order a black trim kit and be able to have black trim on any color box you wanted.
