Looks delish! I always make my roasts in the crock pot! Winter or summer! They always are flavorful and tender! Occasionally I'll make it in the Insta-pot if I forgot to get it in the crock early enough.

Our Dearest Mrs. Volfie Your dinner looked wonderful. For the occasional lumpy gravy, i put it through a fine mesh colander and when it's done dripping, i break up the lumps with a fork and push them through the mesh and try to reblend it together. God Bless

Lovely dinner Bev. Had me worried about heating the bacon grease in the air fryer but that pudding looked excellent & almost like a baked Alaskan dessert. You're a creative cook & I would never say no to gravy no matter how lumpy, lol. Thank you once again for a fantastic video. God bless ❤

Bev - raw honey on a burn. It will burn like fire when you first apply it, but it takes the sting completely out and starts healing right away. Once I found this I've never looked back. I do use aloe for things like sunburns.

There is a Pampered Chef “potato masher” that will smooth out any gravy or roux. I put it in quotes because it’s a terrible masher! It has three plastic rings. I highly recommend you get one because I use mine for gravy and making macaroni and cheese and anything else that needs to be smooth out. Anything with lumps goes away with this thing. I used it so much, it broke. My husband ordered another one that night. I’ve never used anything that works so well.

If I do a roast in a crock pot or oven. I would flour the roast like you do for chicken or pork chops. The flour thickens your broth for gravy. Won't do it any other way any more. It delicious.

That looks yummy in my tummy…,❤ I was a mess today. I weeded our hug yard and used the push mower on some till batteries died. Now tomorrow I’ll use the riding lawn mower to finish it. @@OurHalfAcreHomestead the older I get the more I wish I had no grass. It’s a pain to weed and mow. We have 3/4 acre almost . We get humidity here . I don’t normally sweat 😓 but I did yesterday. Then my shoulders and back said holy cow I’m done. When I was in my 30’s I could go, go even in humid climate. The good ol days. I found out I get very tired . But I’m up at3 am with Bruce. He has bad hips and blown knees. He pushes himself to roll out of bed and go, go.
