I was on the verge of tears, but I was brought joy at the sight of These Masterful Musicians working Their Craft. The Guitars were awesome, as were the Vocals. I love it All. Thank You for this. Each time I hear the male voice songs of Slowdive, I get the impression to hear the most intimate thoughts of a lonely man talking to himself at the end of the day.

You know a band is good when even after almost 30 years, they manage to put out an album that is still relevant. Some of my favorite songs of them are from this last album abd I find this to be very impressive, especially since they've been out for 22 years. It's not like they've been writing songs together during these two decades. They truly amaze me.

How do they sound that good? Their tone is so on point

I love how the host is just jamming in the background like a tambourine player that never gets the cue to come in.

Racheal is so humble. It's cool how the band seems to get along. Obviously the Lush reunion really collapsed because the band couldn't stand each other any more. These guys are back in force. Their new songs sound great and this is a really tight performance. Old and young fans appreciate Slowdive and other shoegaze bands because there is so much attention to the sonic experience.

Can we take a second to recognise the incredible rhythm section. Special shout to Nick and Simon. Amazing. Subtle, musical, emotional.

I can't explain it, but some of their songs just instantly move me to tears. I used to think it was nostalgia for the time of Souvlaki, but the newer record had the same effect. It's so wonderful that they're still in the world making these marvelous sounds. Is ot too much to hope for another album?

This session is just perfect. I remember seeing Slowdive at Rock City in Nottingham in 1990 supporting Ride on their Going Blank Again tour. I rushed out and bought the first EP. I have all their original Creation EP’s and, of course all the original issues of the albums. To have them reunite and produce their best work is a gift. Slowdive is possibly my favorite record of all time. And with a huge, eclectic record collection, that really is saying something. I wish I could thank them in person.

i've always been a metal fan but today the mystery of life showed me this band. I listened Souvlaki and shit what can i say... it made me feel sooo relax like i was in a road trip i had this picture of me driving my car during the sunset in summer smoking a joint...

Back when people found new music at record shops I bought Souvlaki for the cover. The rest is history and Slowdive, 25+ years later is still in my top 3. Seeing all original members here playing new music is special and emotional.

KEXP's studio sound recording and photography/video set a standard that few have yet to attain.

I feel like they where writing songs ahead of it's time back in the day and now the world has caught up to them somewhat. I think the are perfectly balanced as a band - I think that's one reason they sound just like their records live. I like when they switch things up live too.

I first found out Slowdive while playing FIFA 18. When I listened to Star Roving, I thought they were a new indie band around 2010s. But then I started searching on google and knowing they're formed two years older than Oasis. So amazing their music were made back in 90s but they can sound very fresh, even if we compare them with today's indie bands.

Slowdive was one of my favorite acts the last year of Sasquatch, which was a crazy tall order.
