Philips Trimmer Cleaning | How to Dismantle Blade Setup | How to Remove and Attach Spring Philips Trimmer QT4011/15, Philips Trimmer QT 4005/15, Philips Trimmer 3310/15 if your Philips Trimmer is getting stuck after a while follow the video carefully it will not only help you to clean the Trimmer but also it can eventually fix you trimmer ( Stucking or stopping) In the video I have carefully shown that how to open blade assembly or blade setup and also how to remove the spring and attached it back again. Follow the steps carefully and like the video if it was helpful.

This video was very helpful for me. 1yr back when i tried to clean the trimmer the spring got misplaced and I didn't used it for a year after watching this video i was able to re assemble the trimmer again .thank u bhai😍

Bro I opened the blade to clean it but later I was struggling like hell to assemble it.. If your trimmer's blade is still moving slowly after doing all this, just lubricate the blades with some machine oil. That will reduce the friction between the blades and it should move smoothly. Technically, Philips trimmers don't need oiling, but it seems they need oiling after they have been used for long...

Same here, mene bhi pura saaf kr diya tha ye video dekhne se pehle. Pr kuch thik nahi hua. Ab to naya lena hi padega. Mera wala 1 saal se zyada chala. Pr price ke accordingly 1 saal km hai.

Yaar shayad problem rotor loose hona sa hoga. U don't need to change your blade. Try fixing it with feviquick

I think , due to friction , plastic material ( which is contineusly contact in rotor ) weared out .......... Make some JUGAD Wound plastis tape on part ( who mounted on rotor )

it worked. The disassembling part is quite easy, re assembly requires patience and be careful with the spring coil as it may pop out, injuring your eyes or else if you are too close

I have the exact same Philips trimmer. I tried inserting the spring for 2 hours and failed, until I watched this video. The spring needs some tension. One of the legs of the spring has to be far apart and must be held as shown in this video 7:53. Basically, follow all the steps and you WILL fix it. Thank u bro!!

I did all the procedure and fit kiya to 2 sec k liye nahi chala and then I pushed blade from black side and it was running well. Don't know which solution worked but it's working well. So I will leave a like 😀

When I opened my trimmer blades to clean and sharpen them, I noticed that 2 small ball bearings came out as well. I tried to assemble them back but could not figure out where to attach them. Unfortunately due to the small size and difficulty in handling, I had also lost one of the bearings. Any idea where the bearings should be reattached? (I'm using philips multi-groom kit)

as this motor and shaft is having rotary movement, is oil application is required to reduce the noise level and smooth function of this motor & machine
