Small Abandoned Airport | Frozen in Time

4 жыл бұрынSmall municipal airport that was forgotten and neglected over the years, the airport closed in the late 90’s but was still used for storage and fixing planes and vehicles until 2007 when its runaway and parking lot were razed for warehouses. Unfortunately there were no abandoned planes left behind but definitely still a great historic place. Left behind, decaying with lots of things left inside! That's too bad. I didnt know that Rock Airport was in this state of decay. Probably the crackheads came and tore out the copper pipes. A lot of history with this airport going way back.

They are still open but have constructed a new runway and building, these the the old ones.

How about the building with the blacked out windows and the tons of cameras in the same park as Rock Airport? CIA or some sort of federal agency black site? Did y’all see it?

This airport is located in West Deer, Pennsylvania. My grandfather owned it before it was Rock Airport. It was named Remich Airport. This video is so sad to see what it looks like now.

It’s been open since the 1920’s but they rebuilt in 1996 leaving the old hangars to decay
