@@ryanvercoe1140 @Ryan Vercoe yeah, the inside of the carburettor was fairly clean, so I didn't mess with the jets, but it is a good practice to remove the jets if thorough cleaning is needed.

Hehehe, thank you! Unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed with a hammer and anvil, so I had to try using different tools :)

Excellent video, congratulation. Could you please tell me where to get the spare parts like seals and membranes? There are plenty of cheap suppliers but I question the quality of the parts offered. Thank you.

Thank you Sir. Well, I get my spare parts from official Stihl dealers, so I would recommend for you to do the same. Overall, these small Stihl trimmers are generally not the best quality in the first place, so I don't think that the origin of the spare parts matter that much.

Thank you sir, I'm glad that you found my video useful. Fluids used are: brake cleaner for removing the dirt from the outside, and carb cleaner for flushing all internal parts of the carburetor.

@@dsw.handcraft I'm a bit embarrassed; After watching your video I opened the plastic cover of the carburetor ...looked at and removed the air filter and the machine started right up. New air filter tomorrow. My thanks though because your video was the impetus to troubleshooting.

In fact, the video was never meant to be a tutorial, but an insight to these simple repairs that you can do yourself. If my channel grows someday, I will consider making detailed tutorials.
