I see your face ice bath and raise you a full on cold shower! Great for waking up, makes you warmer, I hear it's good for burning brown fat, and healthier for your skin. Just don't make it so cold your lips turn blue I went overboard for a while lol Also no notifications or social media on your phone is a game changer imo. Once you get rid of those on your phone (outside of maybe text messages for emergencies) you can think a lot more clearly and don't feel some invisible attachment to it anymore. Feels like owning a flip phone again, only for utility.
