Cows are really nosy and I think they are pretty used to people but I think those are heifers. I loved the Graveyard Survey. I actually went to a church at Hemingstone that has done every single grave and researched every person! A real labour of love.

I honestly think you're ahead of the game with your authenticity - people are and will rebel against all the pretentious nonsense on KZfaq. Your videos are fantastic - thanks for your hard work.

The heifers are not aggressive, just curious. Never run away from them that would just make them run after you. If you walk towards them they will scatter.

You don’t seem to have an agenda, no expectations from your viewers, that’s what appeals to me. You’re real and simply documenting your travels in a small car. There’s too much artificiality in this world and your realness is a breath of fresh air.

Your true personality and the reactions you have to many different happenings, people, events, they’re so genuine. When I see a YT creator such as yourself, simply revealing himself to the world, sharing thoughts and reactions, joy and boredom, nature, cities, cafes… I just get hooked on that truth and then feel a connection. It beats all the other drivel out there. You’re in a class with Martijn Doolaard, the Dutchman restoring stone cabins in the Italian alps. Keep having fun and doing what comes your way, even aimless wandering offers surprises. ❤️

re: the cows. I was on an Alltrails hike and had to pass a field full of cows. I walked calmly at first, then quicker .... some of the cows at the rear of the groups started sprinting and soon enough the whole field was running at full pace.... a full sprint with rucksack and bottles flying out of my sidepockets. I almost shat, because my mum's mate was (mauled or stamped) by cows recently, I think her pelvis was fractured - it was really bad. I dont like it when they crowd around like that. I've been chased at full sprint before by cows, you wouldn't know they can run a bit !!!!!!!!! 🤣

I think there can be a lot of luck in youtube channels. Some get noticed, and others don't. I watch some travel/language channels. One young guy I've watched recently has gained over 360k subscribers within 4 months. Other channels are equally as good and have a few thousand after many years .
