Hello Brian, Thanks so much for this insightful video. We are celebrating 20 years of our small business this year. For the past 20 years we have been growing however I have realize that to go to the next level we need to completely upgrade are Management. We the employers work so much more than the employee and have been changing the workers so often. I am trying to put together an action plan to present to the CEOs and I think this video is going to be a great help. Even thinking about including it into my presentation. Thank you very much.

Nowadays, we search and research everything online. We got used to using the web and it is not normal for us to do something before checking it out online. I like this guy. Im currently doing my homework in hopes of starting a small business. Most of this stuff is common sense, but a lot of us struggle to put it in practice. What's confusing to me is the structured, LLC, etc. Great video, liked. Thank you sir.

I really want to start a small business, I heave a great idea, no other store for more than 70+ miles I have good business plain, I have talked to other business owners. I do not want or need employees at first. I already have a lot of the stuff for it, 2 registers, displays ect.

I'm not an expert regarding online marketing. There are two interview videos on this channel where my buddy Greg Rankin talks about marketing and Internet marketing. One of the keys is to think about the words you would use if you were searching for the products you offer. Then use the Google and You Tube key word tools to find the most common search words and phrases. Then use the most common words to title the landing pages for your products and repeat them in the text. All the best.

First, decide on something that's important to you and will be a benefit to others. The more important something is to you the harder you'll work and the more convincing you'll be when you talk about it. Then start spreading the word to everyone who'll listen.
