Since people don’t read instructions anymore, you would have to resolve in unboxing tutorials. You did great showing us how to slide out the filter tray. My husband has to be careful from his rock solid hands from breaking the plastics😅. Thank you for showing the insights!

Great video, thanks. I just bought the 82mm Nisi True Colour Variable ND. I hope mine fits. Looks like your pro master ND fits perfectly.

Yes, the ProMaster screwed in with no problem. I love having the two options to attach filters. And as you can tell, it's very compact and light. Thanks for watching my video!

@@RobertSilverPhotography that’s great. Do you know if the the ProMaster filter is larger or smaller than the Nisi True Colour VND? Thanks 🙏🏻

Great gear video. I like them both but the large one really states you're bringing game. Though I'm curious if the large version also accepted filters on the lens as well? Looks like a sweet option to have both especially having two cameras and/or two lenses set up for a quick switch!
@RobertSilverPhotography11 ай бұрын
THe larger one does NOT allow for circular filters to be attached on the lends while using it. But it does all you to use two 4 x 5.65 filters at once. Thanks for checking out the vid!

To clarify, 10:50, you are using the wrong filter tray for your filter size. That filter size (4x4) requires a optional filter tray.
@RobertSilverPhotography10 ай бұрын
Thanks for the clarification. The large SMallRig Matte Box has the ability to tighten your filters in place. So there is no need for any additional filter trays. Pro/Coins of owning it i guess, lol. I appreciate the helpful tip!

@@RobertSilverPhotography For sure lol. I just picked it up at Amazon for 60 bucks. Matte box for that price has to come with cons lol.

@@motorcycle-man Exactly! But pros and price outweigh the cons 💯

Hey brother, I had a question about that filter you are using, what was the thread mm and did that VND have on of those adjustments prongs sticking out of the side of the filter?
@RobertSilverPhotography5 ай бұрын
Since that was a Z 24-70mm f2.8 lens I used a filter 77mm filter thread. It did have one of those knobs but it was easy to adjust the filter intensity.

You can buy additional treys for the mini mattebox lite

Ok cool, thanks for letting me know. I've been using circular filters a lot with it - a variable ND filter.

Would this not work on my 95mm lens?

The Matte box would fit any lens that has a 67mm, 72mm, 77mm, and 82mm filter thread - amzn.to/3YgMCu4
