I do do have the gosund app I’m afraid if I do it now I will screw Alexa up. So now she can’t dim or brighten light is that correct.

i alredy know that in order for set it up you need to be connected 2.4 but my question is once you've set i up if you change into a 5g network does it connect or it doesn't work?

You can be on 5ghz after setup to control it but the lights themselves must always be on 2.4

I have a set of 2, how do you group them? Do you install one at a time? I want Alexa to turn on both of them, as my bedroom group..can you explain

Yes setup both individually first... then you can group them together in the app: 04:10 is the group settings within the app and it is very straight forward :)

Hi David, any opinion on this vs the aisirer smart life bulb. I watched your video for that as well. They seem pretty similar. Any thoughts? Thanks. (Edit: I'll be using echo dot for control in case that makes a difference)

So sorry for the delay! We are working on getting caught up on years of comments. Most of these bulbs are a dime a dozen imo so whatever is cheaper or meets a certain spec you are after: watts, color temp etc!

I just got the RGB smart bulb, I can't get my Alexa to play the scenes. Is there a way she can do that?

Yes, you can use Alexa to control the scenes of your NiteBird TanTan RGB smart bulb. First, make sure that you have set up the smart bulb and scenes in the TanTan app. Then, enable the "Smart Life" skill in the Alexa app and link your TanTan account. Once your accounts are linked, you can use voice commands such as "Alexa, turn on the [scene name] scene" or "Alexa, set the light to [scene name]." Make sure to use the exact name of the scene as you have set it up in the TanTan app. If you're still having trouble, try re-discovering devices in the Alexa app or resetting the bulb and starting the setup process again. cnl

You will have to connect to a 2.4ghz network... that info you will have to find from your routers user manual!

I've done this before and my internet was reset yesterday, and of course, it reset all my smart bulbs (5). Now I don't see a 2.4ghz to connect to. Please advise.
