Smart Vacuums are one of the few smart devices not supported in Apple Home. If Matter could change one thing, I’d say Smart Vacs would be a good place to start but in reality this probably isn’t going to happen anytime soon. For now, Siri shortcuts will have to do.
This is the Deebot T10 Omni by Ecovacs. It vacuums, mops and includes a docking station with an auto empty dust bin, it cleans itself and dries the mopping pads to avoid bacteria growth and includes a water reservoir for mopping. This thing is pretty insane…

I *REALLY* appreciate the info about after market dust bags because ecovacs charges A LOT. Reminds me of printer ink: cheap printer, but the ink will cost a first-born child. THANK YOU! No one else has said ANYTHING about maintenance and upkeep or accessories. This is excellent, necessary info!

Very thorough review and I’ve seen a few reviews for the same robovac that missed a lot of areas you showed on how to use the app. Also sounds like the main difference between the T20 and T10 is that you have to remove the pads to vacuum carpets

I have 3 Nanoleaf Matter bulbs added to my large smart home (aka I’m experienced). I hate Matter it destroys Homekit these bulbs are unreliable and constantly go unresponsive even on all the most recent updates and firmware. “Matter Vacuums” nah no thanks let’s fix the simple light bulb first LOL
