संशोधन पुराने एक्ट मेंं भी किया जा सकता है, तो फिर एक्ट का नाम बदलने से क्या फायदा? मतलब नयी बोतल में पुराना शराब ही भरा गया है. इससे कोर्ट के काम में कन्फ्यूजन पैदा होगा.
