I agree to everything he says & maybe Gurumann is a liar but I still do not hate gurumann & my respect towards him remains the same. But gurumann could have said the truth about his body fat % 😒this could have kept some people happy

Yes. He is getting paid by likes of Hrikthik Roshan and Guruman. I don't believe anyone with paper thin skin all year round with that much of muscle is natural. Don't put on false hope. Train with a mindset to stay fit, you will develop good physique but won't be able to maintain a very low body fat (single digit) all year round.
