Best fencing as seen throughout Texas and other States - 2 7/8” drill stem posts, with four rail coped ends, or alternately 4 to 5 strands of 3/8 wireline on tension springs at each end. Safe, reliable, moose proof and lasts 100 years.

My uncle bought a barn and needs to redo most of the barn + fencing. He also test concrete and has left over 6in by 12in cylinders of concrete. If he were to stack these (12in side laying on the ground) would this be safe fencing?
