Hobbyist here. Exactly 1 year ago to the date,(July 1), I bought my first full frame camera, Sony A7IV. After owning point and shoot cameras for 20+ years and camcorders. I hear what you are saying and there is value to it. I agree you can create masterpieces on a cell phone and/or a point and shoot. Some of my most cherished moments were preserved with a phone or point and shoot cameras, that I go back to and reflect on to this day. Still, I have learned so much about photography over the last year in shooting with my full frame camera. Now, carrying my A7IV around sends a message to the world that I am here to take photographs! But I love shooting with it so much that I’m not willing to get rid of it. Yes, with good lighting your cell phone can take great photos. The biggest place where the full on camera wins over the cell phone is in shooting in casual low light environments, (restaurants, at home den lighting, museums, and at night). The ability to preserve details in shadows is phenomenal and I do notice the “full frame look”, being able to capture the light, and colors exactly the way the eye saw it in the moment (preserves the mood and feel of a moment) is nothing short of spectacular,(for me). The fact that My photos of my people and the things I shoot can look like that, justifies my decision every time I shoot! Cell phones are great, but Full on cameras dedicated to taking photographs are great , (special) also!

Yeah. Since I no longer am involved with pro photography, I just use my Pixel 8 Pro. I have found the only difference is in low light. Specifically for video. This is why I don't even bother testing with good lighting, where most cameras will perform similarly. There's also natural bokeh, but personally, I think when you're using something like an 85mm at F/1.4 with a full-frame sensor, it starts looking like the fake bokeh anyway. Anything higher than what your eyes would normally see is unnatural, even if it's not digitally fake. Just my opinion.
I studied your cameras...
