Kagami being just "depressed" for a moment is the most realistic akumatised person ever. How does this not happen more often? Depression is so common, why aren't there more depressed akumatised people?

Ok, hear me out: Natalie is aware of everyone that enters the house and LETS GABRIEL KNOW ABOUT IT BEFORE THEY ENTER, so... Kagami's mom got to the door, said "I'm here to beat the hell out of your boss" and Natalie was like "right this way please" and proceeded to not anounce her at all to let her be a surprice? That is even more funny if you think about it.

It’s a high bar but Lila this episode was highkey almost as creepy as Marinette usually is. Getting pictures of the person you hate just to cut them out is serious serial killer behaviour.

What's both ironic and heart-wrenching for me is that while Kagami gets akumatized, she's given Longg as her kwami power up. Because Longg was her chosen kwami to help Ladybug and Cat Noir fight in akumatized villain, and in this episode Monarch gave him to Kagami to use those exact powers against the heroes. Also Lila *NEEDS* to be put into an asylum.

Kagami's getting so much character development this season, I'd be all here for it if Gabe and Lila would just LEAVE HER ALONE.

I think that Gabriel forbidding Adrien from being with Marinette will eventually lead to an official chat blanc episode, in the actual timeline, just like in marinettes dream

Marinette's crush is right infront of her, expressing his love and she says she needs the moo. That had me banging my keyboard Do better Marinette, do better

It's amazing how the two already know what they feel but Marinete can't say she loves him, I mean, she technically doesn't need to do that right now and when he declares his love she could just say "me too" at least for the moment, until she finds the right moment to say it herself.

Kagami stays getting akumatized but we have to give her a hand because because Kagami respects Adrien and Marinette relationship as much as she wants Adrien to lover she would literally do her best to put them together even though if it hurts them inside

You forgot the part where Kagami's mom is no longer acting like a blind woman anymore... she acted like she could see this episode, also in the episode where she and gabe were spying on Kagami and Adrien... did the writers just forget???

Adrien's father has completely lost his marbles after Marinette and Felix snuck into the party undetected, and now in episode 19 it looks like Gabriel will die after the catalysm will soon consume his entire body.

I like how this episode finally brings focus to an important aspect of Marinette's character: Marinette is a selfish friend Obviously she isn't doing it out of malice, but time and time again Marinette has a tendancy to brush people off or straight up ignore them because of her own problems and/or feelings. Such as all those times where she brushed off Adrien because she was flustered, that episode where she kept trying to get Kagami to date Adrien again even when Kagami made it clear that she didn't want that, and the whole Luka situation. Girl has a tendancy to not really take note of how rude she comes off as when she acts like that to other people, so I'm glad to see that this episode finally had her realize that she needs to do better.

I feel like towards the end where Kagami gets so calm that she starts to evaporate could be an allusion to suicid* given the circumstances...

So, did absolutely nobody notice Ryukomori was about to KILL herself before getting distracted by Cat Noir?

I busted out laughing at the end of the episode 🤣 Tsurugi was gonna beat the living shit out of Gabe!! But at least this is confirmation that she knows Gabe is Monarch and she is apart of his whole operation. And the whole “I Love Moo” thing was SUPER CRINGE!!! Going back to season 1 levels of cringe

I hope I'm not the only one that thought Sabrina was going to get akumatized at first, especially when she's clearly upset that her best friend and really only friend just declared someone else her best friend right in front of her. I'm pretty sure Chloe even mentioned how Lila was the perfect friend which could have easily set Sabrina up as the villain this time. I get why they chose Kagami instead, bug man, Sabrina really needs a change of heart big time when it comes to her friendship. Also yeah, I'm not sure Gabriel thought it through when giving Kagami her power this time. If she can't see let alone hear ANYONE how did he expect her to get the Miraculous? Hell, it technically doesn't even make sense that she's able to hear him still.

Am I the only one that is just a little disappointed that this is how the "lovesquare" was solved? After four seasons of incredibly creepy moments with Marinette being obsessed with Adrien and cringy moments of cat not taking the hint. They gave us 5 episodes at most of the reversed "lovesquare" only to solve the "lovesquare" immediately after that. The original "lovesquare" became boring after 2 seasons of the same interactions. And when it finally became interesting with the reversed "lovesquare" they immediately solved it in under 6 episodes?

+1 Marinete caused Akumizations 😅 The 'invincible villain' concept would've been good if she could see her enemies or touch the Miraculous'.

Ironically, to me This episode is a huge decline in quality tbh, and there's a few to breakdown: -Kagami's akumatization: You'd think at this point Gabe will stop making stupid villains, then he make Ryukomori. Seriously, he makes a villain WHO CAN'T SEE HER ENEMIES! This is an even bigger joke than Mr Pigeon, Gigantitan, and Simpleman combined. Lord, if stupidity is a disease, he is a one man pandemic -Kagami and Lila's friendship It goes without saying none of us know how this started, since we skipped episode 10 and 11, and more than likely we won't have an answer in those episodes either. Even if we do know, it makes no sense. Lila kissed Adrien who, at the time, dated Kagami, and that akumatized her. Girl, seriously? Have you fall victim to the writer's "Ignore Previous Plot Inator"? Can they please stay consistent with what they gave us? I beg! -Derivative episode theme It goes without saying that each episode now talks about specific themes, but this one is derivative. Even the worst episode ever, Evolution and Destruction, was better in going with their theme. Perfection had to constantly remind us that the theme is perfection. Go ahead and count how many times the characters said "perfect", it would place right behind Risk saying "risk". -Using Kagami's inability to make friend as a conflict: Kagami and Marinette went a long way to become friend, and it has been canonized since S3, so why pull this move again on them? "Oh, Kagami is still not sure about their friendship" Yeah, i call bull on that. You know what else the writers can use as a conflict here? Her mother. It never got solved since she appeared, and would work even better since that woman always demand Kagami to be perfect. "But then Lila won't appear" What? Y'all disappointed? Sigh, at least Adrien's song was pretty good, huge improvement compared to the Christmas special back in S2. Oh, and Kagami's mom, she might be vile, but she's one badass momma

This Episode was the "Give Kagami the Love she deserves" Episode, and i love it

For the moo thing at 6:03, I actually have a friend who loves cows (none of us, even her, knows how it happened but oh well). On her dating profile, just out of boredom and for a laugh, she used a cow as her picture and had a tag line of “Moo at me if you’re interested 🐮”. Couple days later, a guy legit direct messaged her “Moo” and now they’re going on 4 ish months 😂 But we are also Texans and adults who just like to be goofy. With Marinette, it’s just more nonsense that over stayed its welcome.

gabe has way too many liabilities- nathalie, tomoe, lila, felix, etc.

Poor Kagami

I mean honestly it isn't like the love square was that interesting to begin with. It is literally just 2 people failing to love eachother for countless episodes. One of them is a literal stalker, and the other is a creep who can't take no for an answer. The worst part is we already know exactly how it will end as it is again, a love square made up of only 2 people. This relationship could have been finished in the first session, or the second session at the latest.

I think the deal that kagamis mom and gabe made was for adrien and kagami to get married. Also it is odd that kagamis mom points out directly that he put the akuma in her ring instead of just saying he akumatized her so maybe kagami is a sentimonster but that is my theory.

Akumatizing Kagami puts Adrien in danger she could have seriously hurt him, doesn't Gabriel care anymore? before he was Cataclysmed he did say he has to get the Miraculous' at all cost. and if he dies from the Cataclysm it will royally mess Adrien up

I loved this episode for 3 reasons. . . 1) It gave Kagami a true spotlight. Despite her fourth akuma form being stupid here. Yet less horrible then her third Lies. So loved Oni-Chan's look, not really her first as Rispote. Anyway, the nostalgic affect was great tho. 2) As small as they are and (enraging evil to me) no longer ROMANTIC ADRIGAMI moments are THE BEST Seriously, they understand one another so beautifully and comfortably. I actually loathed how Bug instead of Kitty caught Kagami mid-air falling. 3) Tomoe Tsurugi being a damn dangerous presence. More plot stories we (will never) see develop. Gabe owns her everything, he tried to destroy HIS DREAM and now if he doesn't up hold their contract/partnership he will lose EVERYTHING?! Just wow, I'm more interested with all that more then this dragging on toxic stupid Love story of our two protagonists. All in all Smarty, another beautiful Miraculous review. A great mix of fact, humor and cute opinion. 🌸🌸🌸🌸

I realy loved this episode. In my opinion the best episode of the season so far. The Marinette freaking out and the Adrien song are very miraculous-like humor. However, the Kagami plot was very unique. The silent cloud part was very sad, but beautiful, and the ending is very wholesome. This re-confirms my Kagami is my favorite character in the show. I'm very glad that she gets the spotlight that she deserves. Also, does the entire part with cloud/wind dragon Kagami sitting at the Seine give anybody else remind them of that "Solitude" film?

I finally watched this episode I have been waiting, to watch these episodes in order. I like that this episode bought Marinette and Kagami closer together I think Kagami needed someone like Marinette around her. I also think this episode proves further that Lila is a massive manipulator.

Honestly out of all the episodes in season 5, ep 12 is probably my least favourite. Its not that bad but it wasn't that entertaining for me. Ep 18 & 16 though were amazing. And I loved the part (in ep 16) where Tomoe Tsurugi told Gabriel, if you are gonna die than at least get out children together as they were made to be together. That was one of my absolute favourite moments in the entire season lol.

I thought the "moo" thing was for the portuguese translation, I don't know about other countries. In portuguese, spanish, "I love you" it's said "Te amo" Cows do "moo" Te a-mooo Te a-mooo It's a way to learn I guess

this akumatization was so worse than gigantitan at least with the that one can actually see and fight. if I were monarch I would have taken the Akuma back. It was a decent episode. Gabriel scared of kagamis mom but he has all the miraculous power man, tomoe should be scared of Gabriel since he can easily take her down.

People don't seem to realize that Kagami could have died in this episode. Kagami is a senti-being. The feather is on her ring. The Akuma is also in her ring. If Ladybug and Chat Noir somehow win, they would break the ring. They would find a butterfly and a feather. In episode Ladybug, senti-ladybug disappeared before the feather's change to white from amokized form. Even if there was an exception with Kagami's case, since unlike Senti-ladybug's situation, Peacock holder doesn't "free" her so lets assume maybe senti-beings can exist while feather is outside the object, Ladybug would purify the akuma and the feather. They would leave questioning and thinking about it after fixing everything. How could they know if the feather was Kagami's vital spot, the feather connects her to life? They may even think it wasn't real Kagami but a fake Senti-Kagami imitating her, like how Senti-Ladybug was doing. So maybe they wouldn't even notice the truth at first.

I hope that the blind lady won't get her eyesight back, that's a pretty irritating trope (disability getting "cured"), especially if it happens without her directly asking for it. I'm disabled, and I'm tired of media repeatedly going "lol u r broken, sucks to be u" I'm not broken, my disability makes me who I am and were I "normal", I would not be as cool.

I really hope Felix can help Lila be less of a deluded psycho who can't even take a hint that Adrien is clearly not gonna have any interest in loving her back that way and just focusing on accepting herself and make her a bit of a supervillain anti-hero like him when they two inevitably end up working together as the next main equal antagonists of the shows after Gabriel Agreste

This episode was the single most painful peice of television that I have ever watched, in all of my years of ride-or-die loving television. Said with affection, but I could only watch it in 5-10 second intervals, I was cringing so bad. And then Kim ran across the stage with a freaking dolphin during Adrien's song, and I just burst out laughing. What an experience.
