@@jordanbwalt thats facts, you wont have to worry about losing if you never lose a stock lol. But always keeping it intense is the real key because people tend to give up when they reach a certain percent and go on the run, the better defense is a unpredictable and persistent offense. And never let ya guard down, the amount of times i lost because i was up and wanted to go for a fancy kill when the other guy is fighting for his life lmao. Always keep it intense.

I learned in my more competitive play is that if you can get a quick stock kill you can coast a little bit and take it easy. Once you’re ahead you’re in the drivers seat controlling everything.

devrayy The walljumps into up special makes it easy for recovery and spiking

The walls give him better recovery and make it easier to edgeguard and go deep on edgeguards. Also, the two platforms give Falcon the positives (easier to combo as he can land faster to reset jumps) without the drawbacks - usually platforms on battlefield act as a roof to stop vertical approach but because these platforms on Kalos are off the stage you can't use them as a roof.

Pornhub warrior my brother is a captain falcon main and he said it’s way better in Ultimate because the movement is faster and he can go for nasty combos

Pornhub warrior his hitboxes are so much more generous in this game plus his Fair is ridiculous for edge guarding. Also imo falcons movement is great in this game compared to sm4sh. His Dair also has one of the most ridiculous spikes in smash.

My problem with him is that his dash dance is pretty bad. His turning lag is super long. Also his hotboxes are smaller? Just look at his landing up air compared to sm4sh, his uptilt is also ruined, nothing even confirms into uptilt other than stomp, and if youve landed a stomp why go for it if instead you can go for knee. Overall he's janky and not as freeflow as he was. I never played sm4sh but I've played melee and playing this falcon compared to melee falcon, I can certainly see why people are turned off.
