2 жыл бұрынIn this vlog I am visiting this local burger joint, Phat Jos in Sparkbrook, Birmingham.
My mates reccommended I try the smash burger as it is very popular and has lots of great reviews on Google. So yeah I went down and wasn't disappointed at all.
The crew serve the food in a little fast food trailer which was proper cool and gives that authentic street food vibe.

Loved this review. I love the concept of the street set up in the van. The smash patty and chicken strips look so tasty and I love how the brothers were so humble when explaining about their brand. Smash this review bro 🔥

Thanks brov. Really appreciate it. These are the best smash burgers in Brum. A lot of people have been here and are not disappointed. Proper rich in flavour, and proper filling. I love this kind of stuff, food on the street in trailer or stall lol 😂.

These guys are amazing! Food is beautiful and they are very consistent. I’m now a regular customer! The service is amazing. Mashallah. I’ve had a couple of burgers from Bun and Steak up by Hall Green Station which is ace but tho I’ve heard of this place I ain’t been here yet. Just passed it on the bus. Those pattys look the bom man. My fave burger joint is in a little Mexican village and they look just like that. Me and the brother Raheem will be hitting the yellow trailer real soon 🙌

How much to start up a business like Phat Jos, that food looks amazing! Is the trailer there 24/7?

Not sure how much the costs are involved. But the trailer is there most days from 12 or 2 til 12am Monday to Saturday and Sunday closed.

Yessssss…Ayaz Poppu making a guest appearance in the background Why wish for McDonald’s burgers to be halal when u got the better burgers in places like Phat Joe’s, Slam, Mak Halal, local chippies, etc…these burgers would have you a tenner or so a meal in the big western burger joints like Burger King, McDonald’s, KFC, etc… Good review bruv

Is the sauce in the burger just Algerian sauce?

It's called Phat Jo's sauce. It's similar to Algerian sauce but has it own variation.

Try the arabs street burgers newly opened just across the road from their stand cheaper and taste just as good...£5 for double beef burger fries and drink

Am I the only one not seeing the patties getting smashed? “I’ll show you in a minute” But he didn’t show it. I seems like the patties have been preshaped. Perfect round in shape. If that’s the case, it’s false declarations. Don’t call it a smashburger if you don’t smash them yourself directly onto the griddle. With that said, it looks damn fine and tasty.
