Ingredients:
1 medium onion sliced
1 green pepper sliced
8 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 Ribeye steaks (sliced thin)
2 Tbsp oil
Hoagie buns
12 slices of white American cheese
Mayo to spread on bun
Banana peppers (optional)
Diced chilis (optional)
Seasonings for steak & veggies:
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Montreal seasoning
1tsp garlic salt
1tsp seasoned pepper
Or add seasoning to your desired taste
Instructions:
Slice your veggies as instructed in video. Then In a skillet pan pour 2 Tbsp of oil in and add half of your minced garlic. Allow garlic to sweat for 1 to 2 minutes then add your peppers and onions in and cook for 5 to 8 minutes or until tender. Once done set aside your veggies and slice your ribeye steaks very thin. In the same skillet you made the veggies in add 2 more tablespoons of oil. Once oil is heated add the rest of your minced garlic and steak in and cook the meat to your preferred temperature. Once meat is cooked to your desire add the seasonings and your veggies back in. Stir and add the slices of cheese, put a lid on the skillet to help the cheese melt faster. Then spread some mayo on your hoagie buns and broil them in the oven until golden brown. Assemble your sandwich and serve with chips or fries. Enjoy!
