When Joey was on JRE he said he was looking for a place to take residency for stand up, and once he gets a residency in either Texas (for Rogan's club) or in Philly he's done doing podcasts (minus being a guest for JRE), as he wants to end his career doing stand up only. At the end of the episode Rogan asked him to promote anything (on literally the biggest podcast) and he said he has nothing to promote. He went on the next day and refused to promote The Check In a second time, which was pretty sad to see.@@blueridge8992
