Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Daliya
1 Cup Green Moong Dal
1/2 Cup French Beans, chopped
1/2 Cup Carrots, chopped
1/2 Cup Green Peas
1/2 Cup Corn
2 Tomatoes, chopped
2 Onions, chopped
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
4-5 Peppercons
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves
2 tsp Oil
3-4 Cups Water
साहित्य:
१/२ कप दलिया
१ कप हिरवे मुंग
१/२ कप फरजबी, चिरून
१/२ कप गाजर, चिरून
१/२ कप मटार
१/२ कप मक्याचे दाणे
२ टोमॅटो,चिरून
२ कांदे, चिरून
१ tbsp आलं लसूण पेस्ट
१/२ tsp हळद
१ tsp लाल मिरची पावडर
१ tsp गरम मसाला
४ ते ५ काळं मिरी
मीठ
कोथिंबीर
२ tsp तेल
३ ते ४ कप पाणी
Method:
- In a pan, add some oil. Once the oil is hot, add peppercons and chopped onions. Saute it for a minute.
- Then add ginger garlic paste & chopped tomatoes. Let the tomatoes become soft.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder & garam masala. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Then add green moong dal and again mix well.
- Add chopped carrots, french beans, peas & dalis. Mix everything well.
- Then add salt and coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Add some water and cover it with a lid. Let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Healthy Veg Dalia Khichdi is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves & serve hot!
