@notshane3827 wasn't he always a jerk? In most places I've seen bi han, he has was always the asshole sub zero, compared to his brother kuai liang.

@@imsentinelprime9279 only in NRS stuff, in Midway storylines he was reckless but not outright evil and power hungry like they portray him now, he's basically Frost now. also the original Lin Kuei was an evil clan of assassins and he and Kuai were indoctrinated by it, Kuai leaves the Lin Kuei in MK3 after the cyborgs happen, Bi-Han would have left the Lin Kuei had he completed his mission in MK1, so they're kinda the same except that Kuai is more merciful and had a chance to become a good guy.

I like this version of Smoke as it shows he was not only a solid fighter but could use his abilities over smoke to teleport but also offensively, and he was simply out matched physically and that's why he was turned to a cyborg. It does suck he never became good again like in the games.

Yeah, unfortunately besides MK9 & MK1, that always seems to be his fate in the games (and in 9 he avoided it only to end up later becoming an undead serveant anyway)

There's something that always intrigue me, if Scorpion didn't kill Bi-han, would Bi-han become a Cyborg or he would escape with Kuai Liang and Smoke? I think he would escape alongside with Kuai Liang and Smoke

@DeathScepter which is why i personally believe he would've lead a revolt if he was able to speak on the matter. But judging how Sektor kept forcing Cyrax to zip it and ignore the cyborg program until it was forced upon him. And cyrax was very against it from the start, claiming he's among those that speak out. Bi-han had to have been one of them. But it matters little to Sektor. He just wanted bodies to control for leadership, not partners to ascend the clan to greatness

@@xrstevenson Exactly, Bi-han had a code of honor, he knew that becoming a Cyborg will turn him into a Killer Machine and no been able to control his actions, also he cares about his brother there are 2 sources 1. Is Kuai Liang it self, he wanted to revenge Bi-han's honor and bring him back 2. In a precuel Comic from mk4 Bi-han shares his knowledge about the temple of the elements so Kuai can gain experience So we can Say that Bi-han would escape with Smoke and Kuai Liang

I really like the newer lores, where Scorpion and Sub Zero fight alongside. I also liked the new story of mk1. But it was very sad, that the story was so short. It really felt unfinished.
