Wow all of those baits looked amazing! I really like the blue, green, and purple. Also the ribs looked awesome! I have a recteq pellet grill, and I’ve found I like the 3-2-1 method best at 225°. Glad to be brothers in smoking meat, bait making, and more importantly brothers in Christ!

Thanks Dan! The bottle had a grape juice mix in it I think. I use whatever juice we have on hand… water it down a bit. If not juice then apple cider vinegar, but I prefer the juice. I think the tad bit of sugar it adds is juuuuuust right. 😎

Man we have a lot in common Adam. I got into smoking 5 years ago. I’ve got a Recteq pellet smoker and I built an offset stick burner a couple years ago as well. Both are great but have to say the offset is a superior of flavor and bark. It’s a lot more work though having to manage a fire but well worth it especially for brisket. The baits look fantastic as usual Adam. Thanks for the great content bud.

Thanks Shawn! I started with a WSM but it got a little testy, especially when the temp drops. No doubt the offset would produce more smoke flavor and better bark, but man… TBH, when I eat offset BBQ I often feel ill afterwards too much smoke - the amount of smoke flavor seems to be just right on the GM… at least for this guy with my sensitive girly system, LOL. 🤦‍♂️

Depends on what kind of wood your smoking with. I’m not a big fan of a strong smoke either. Adam you should try smoking a turkey on that pellet smoker of yours. Thanksgiving is a month away. Perfect time to do one. It’s super good eats.

Also I seen ya smoked the baby back ribs which are good but try doing the St. Louis cut ribs. They got a higher fat content and makes them more juicy once ya get them rendered down.

@@shawntitsworth4878 I’ve done wings before… they were awesome. Have yet to branch out beyond pork butt, ribs, and wings though… even a brisket! WSM, yeah, but not since I got the GM. That, and all the other delicious options, need to happen!

@@shawntitsworth4878 I’ve tried SL cut before and didn’t like them as much as BB. I know a lot of guys swear by them, but there’s just something about those BB… they are near and dear to my heart, LOL!

I must have misunderstood… I went to the website and looked all over, top to bottom… but I couldn’t find those ribs anywhere!! 🤷🏼‍♂️🫤 I did find some baits I liked tho! Gold smoke/red and Green smoke/black-orange for the win! Diggin that Blues music too!

I call foul on this video! Sensory overload... how can I focus on baits when there are ribs involved. Also seeing ribs is not tasting ribs. Totaly unfair I say.🤣🦴
