As far as I can remember, beef ribs was the first meat I smoked many years ago.
It is a cut that in itself has a wonderful flavor and needs little to get even better.
That's why I believe the beef rib is the easiest for beginners to American BBQ.
I hope you like this video and I would love to know if anyone did it and how it turned out.
SGP RECIPE:
200g coarse salt (kosher salt)
50g coarsely ground black pepper
25g granulated garlic
Adding oregano is optional, but gives it a little extra flavor ;)
