Great video Steve! Love that you include your daughters that's awesome. Quick question. Do you ever wrap your ribs or use the 3-2-1 method? Getting a Recteq Bullseye for Christmas this year my first smoker! I'm so stoked. Love your channel.

I’ve been cooking ribs on recteqs for many, many years and my go-to process is 4 hrs at 250. At that point they should be toothpick tender and just about ready to sauce. If you have multiple racks on and/or the racks were really thick and they aren’t tender enough at the 4 hr mark, then yes...I’ll foil them with either apple juice or water along with some honey for another 45 min to 1 hr.
