Thank you so SO much for this video!! I went to Ghana a couple years ago and have been craving some palm nut soup, so bought myself some dried fish but wasn't sure how to work with it... Great instructions and without you I probably would've ended up with a questionable stew with my banku!!!

Hey thanks just bought my first smoked catfish didn't really know how to prepare the smoke fish to eat it, will be enjoying eat with some red beans and rice, from UPTOWN 😎

Useful video, but for those who may not be familiar with it, I think it would have been even more useful to use it in a dish or provide a link to how to use it (e.g. the type of dish).
