Just to let you know i smoked my first whole goat here in Kuwait using your seasoning minus the rosemary not as much meat on these goats here. let the meat set over night it took 6 hours to smoke it turned out really well. also no gamey taste. I had a few people from other departments on military base camp Beuhring come for a taste they all approved. Anyways thank you.

Goat meat is most preferred for grilling(nyama choma) over any other meat in Africa, and Middle East. Beef is popular with stews and a whole lot of mixed dishes.

@@BehindTheFoodTV Maybe it's because livestock rearing is largely commercial in US, while where goat is more popular, they rear them for subsistence. A goat produces less than 20kg of meat, while cattle gives way much more. This makes goat seem not to be commercially viable as beef.

Found your video while I was grilling some goat meat from the local butcher. I usually get mine cut into chunks but next time I’m going to leave the ribs whole. Just wrapped my chunks in foil with apple juice after searing the outside. Will be trying their recipe for sure. Oh instead of soy sauce I used fish sauce (chef’s kiss) it took the goat to a new level.
