Hey Chef Tom and atbbq staff, thanks for being a positive weekly video and always putting up some fantastic dishes. I am starting to branch out from bbq however i think it would go super well in a ramen noodle dish. I’m sure you could substitute the slow smoked pork belly for any leaner, grilled pork chop to get a rough approximation of this outcome. I’d imagine if you were to grill a tenderloin, slice it and serve this salsa on top you’d have a pretty damn good meal on your plate 👍
