Most times these cooks look really good and I want to try them. Other times, I pause the video and immediately drive to the grocery store to buy a pork shoulder...

I'm so glad that I am not the only one that eats stuff cold out of the fridge!!! Also after being extremely annoyed that my area is going into Tier 4 From Sunday 20/12/2020, means no mixing of families on Christmas day now, your video has made me so happy tonight!! I love that you are using the Holy Trinity of Carrots, Celery and onions in this recipe!!! The pork looked amazing after it came off the Yoder too!!! 10/10 again dude!!!! Have a Merry Christmas Chef Tom and all at ATBBQ!!!

Yet another one in the books... literally. Did this one for family a couple days after the video aired and is now on my menu list alongside a bunch of other atbbq recipes that are regulars in my household. As usual I have to make modifications such as using oak for heat and pecan for flavor instead of hickory (sorry but I hate hickory) and smoked on my Big Joe. Everything else pretty much exactly the same.

Yes Tom, I have a question. And by the way, that looks delicious! I've used the Amazing smoker tube on my 640 to augment the smoke flavor before but have be wondering if it'll effect the temp controller placing it that close to the probe? Any concerns?

@@allthingsbbq If you want to get real adventurous, do a smoked then braised venison neck. The meat is fabulous. It makes great tacos.

That sauce looked amazing but that was a pasta sin at the end. Even if you can't finish your pasta in the sauce, you should be tossing it through the sauce a few minutes before serving.

Chef....can you start showing folks how to make their own sauces/rubs/marinades instead of using so many pre-made products? For those of us that want to learn some of your CHEF skills, having you make your own sauces would be invaluable...and healthier to boot. I get it, the store makes $$ off products. Plenty of folks will still buy pre-made seasoning.
