Just got a Traeger and was looking for inspiration and info. Your channel was the one I gravitated to. I'm glad I did! I liked this taste test of 5-ways. My favorite comment was the dip twins, evil and sweet.😁 I would vote for more vids like this.

From a fellow hoosier, that was a well done video. I'd watch more of similar content. On another, I heard some folks don't eat rib tips, not sure those folks know what they ate missing.

I’m voting from home… 1. Chipotle Chorizo, 2. Spicy, 3. Dave’s Queso, 4. Sweet Bourbon Sausage, 5. Queso Blanco…. LOL, at least that’s how imagine I would have called it! Suggest 5 ways brisket… I have ideas! 😀

Maybe I missed it or didn't pick up on it, what kind of wood did you use in the indirect smoker? Apple, hickory, etc ? FYI Loved the 5 way plus the guest panel! I'm an engineer so I thrive on data and would've loved to see what the averages on the results = ]

I used cherry wood on this cook, but you could use just about any wood you like the flavor. Hickory would be an interesting choice for this, and the fruit woods like Apple would be more mild and add a subtle sweetness. Thanks for the comment, and I'll give some thought to averages with data in the next one.
