I have a Char Griller that I converted to propane. Think I will try your gasket idea. How much did you pay for yours. What do you think about the guys who seal the firebox with silicone?

Ken Tyler How much should I pay for the gasket or the smoker? There’s no need to seal the firebox door. you want some airflow coming in. This was my father-in-law’s homemade smoker.
