A&Z #1113 - Professional eaters Randy Santel and ‪@KyleVfood‬, each versus Big Mama's Undefeated English BBQ Ribs Challenge w/ chicken wings and pulled pork hosted by the Smokin' Joe's Barbecue location in Guisborough, North Yorkshire, England of the United Kingdom!! After finishing up our 3-week Scotland Tour, ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬ and I spent 4 weeks (1 month) exploring most of the major cities and areas in the northern half of England. During our travels, I attempted 18 English man vs food restaurant challenges. For British food eating challenge event #5, I took the train up to Guisborough, North Yorkshire, England and met up with my English competitive eating friend ‪@KyleVfood‬ so we could collaborate again and each take on the newer and still undefeated "Big Mama's" English BBQ Ribs Challenge at Smokin' Joe's - Guisborough. We each had just 45 minutes to feast on 2 giant full racks of BBQ pork spare ribs served with over 1lb of juicy pulled pork, 12 full barbecue chicken wings, more than 1lb of chips/fries, a bowl of creamy macaroni & cheese, and a bowl of red cabbage English coleslaw. We were trying to win our £45 British BBQ meals free plus sweet t-shirts and the first 2 spots on Smokin' Joe's Wall of Fame. BIG thanks to Joe and Andy the owners plus everyone else with Smokin' Joe's for the wonderful food, drinks, and hospitality!! Special thanks to everyone from around Guisborough who came to watch that Sunday afternoon. We appreciate everyone in the North Yorkshire area and around England who watches videos and supports our hard efforts!! Smokin' Joe's "Big Mama's" Undefeated English BBQ Ribs Challenge in Guisborough, England, UK (£45):
- There are two Smokin' Joe's locations in Guisborough and Kirkbymoorside, England. The original Kirkbymoorside location focuses more on take away, while the Guisborough location has dine-in seating available, plus a fully stocked bar to enjoy beers, cocktails, and more.
- Kyle previously attempted Big Mama's English BBQ Challenge & failed with a little bit remaining.
- There are 2 giant racks of BBQ pork spare ribs served with over 1lb of juicy barbecue pulled pork.
- The challenge includes 1 dozen (12) full BBQ chicken wings plus a bowl of creamy macaroni & cheese, 1lb of seasoned chips/fries, and a bowl of red cabbage English coleslaw.
- There is a 45 minute time limit to finish everything. Winners receive the £45 barbecue ribs meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on the Wall of Fame. Lose/fail and get your name and photo posted on the Wall of Shame.
