Mongolian Beef Recipe | Crock Pot Meals - Welcome to my Asian Cuisine dish, Mongolian Beef! If your looking for a easy recipe for dinner then you've come to the right place. Did I mention yet that this is a Crockpot recipe? Lol. This is a super easy to follow video recipe for Mongolian Beef. Enjoy everyone!
Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6
Ingredients
1.5 - 2 LBS. Flank Steak, Thinly Sliced
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Green Onions
1/4 cup Cornstarch
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp minced Ginger
1 tsp minced Garlic
Stir in Green Onions when the cook is over and serve HOT!

Made this for dinner, followed all the directions and it turned out AWESOME!!!! The only bummer is my family crushed it and looks like I’ll need to pack a sandwich for lunch tomorrow. Don’t plan on leftovers, this was a stuff yourself hit. Thank you for such an awesome recipe.

So happy I found you! I was stuck cooking meals that were easy and sticking to what I knew.. that got old fast feeding four people (2 being kids and lord knows they tell it how it is) . I can venture out to knew things because your a good teacher . I appreciate you keeping your videos about your food and not talking about random thing about yourself like other channels. I love this recipie. It's one of my favourites. Simple. Quick and so well explained. One thing: do use a proper slow cooker the way AB does here. Don't use the slow cook function on an Instapot type thing. They don't heat in the same way and the slow cooker version is far superior. (I also cooker it for longer on low which works great.) Thank you for this.

JB I got the chance to prepare this Sunday and must say it was OUTSTANDING. Instead of the brocc I added the onions and green peppers the last 15 minutes and served it over mashed potatoes. My family enjoyed so much.

This is definitely being added to my rotation. I've made it before, stove top and crock pot. But none of those recipes turned out well.

@@spendingtimetogether8428 Yes you can but you'll need to check it often and give it a stir to insure that nothing is sticking. Enjoy!

I made this for my family (subbed the flank steak for ground beef, then reduced the ingredients since I only made a pound of the beef), my hubby gave it an 11 out of 10!
