A day after running on NSL, 651/652 appears on EWL on Slot 112, which will withdraw back to Ulu Pandan Depot at night.
615/616 was also recently updated with the new chimes as well.
Seems like the chime trial with SMRT and The Teng Company may have extended beyond CGL and CCL (Stadium » Marina Bay). So far the first we have heard the new chime was on 4th October 2023 and 9th October 2023 on the late C751B set 351/352. The chime officially rolled out on 29 October 2023 and was slated to run for 3 months.
SGT2581 Announcement: With LTA announcing the retirement of the First, Second and Third Generation Trains in Singapore, (Kawasaki Heavy Industries Contract 151, Siemens Aktiengesellschaft C651 and Kawasaki Nippon Sharyo C751B), both of us will be filming more of these trains on both NSL and EWL, to commemorate the great service that these trains have provided.

Honestly I dislike the chimes, some are hard to catch, and how the heck are the visually impaired supposed to know which is Direction A and which is Direction B?😂 might as well announce it with "The Train Approaching Platform A...." I CRINGED during my journey, one moment it's Japanese chime mode then suddenly back to the Singapore Lady Announcer mode, it's like....eating apple then u suddenly eat orange
