Another action movie I think you two would really enjoy is "Olympus Has Fallen" (2013) starring Gerard Butler.

At home and at school we were taught how to orienteer yourself out in nature without a map or watch, only using your body parts and senses as tools. Then we had to learn the same skills, but adjusted for each season too. The MN climate can be brutal, so learning survival skills as kids was important. Thankfully I remember and use those skills 4 decades later. I've had to escape men in different scenarios more than a few times in my life, sadly. Ive also needed them during extreme weather. I encourage everyone to pick up basic survival skills. That way you'll be confident in a time of need.

What confused me with this episode is how could he possibly hear the grenade I mean he was so far away from where his daughter was especially as he went on that ferry ride across the harbour so didn't quite understand that whole scene though it was impressive how he knew so much.

I agree... movies make all the East European countries look underdeveloped... but it'd be like all international films only showing backwater bayou as being representative of all America. East Europe has big cities too. Amd beautiful geography. But.... also if you're going to show badguys, we seem to want them in crappy environs doing shady things... so either dirt roads or corrupt city highrises.
