The reason that you see Cipher coughing and then sneezing inside of the wall when they're trying to escape is because he was trying to get Neo captured or Morpheus captured or both he literally was betraying them by pretending that the dust was causing him to sneeze when reality he was just doing it to get them caught what in a hole what an a-hole
