Not me over here crying in my office when i thought it was just gonna have some fries and watch Molly. As a Chinese American life long Disney fan, it was so touching and meaningful for you to make this! I learned so much about imagineers I had no idea about. I think what you're bringing is the kind of cultural humility and genuine respect that the AAPI community is especially sensitive to and value in our core. Also, shoutout to your trying so hard with the names! I don't think perfect pronunciation is anybody's standard, but instead, again, that respect, care, and effort is so SO appreciated. LOVE MAM FAM!

Thank you so much for doing this series. I'm Asian-American and I grew up where there weren't very many people who looked like me or eat the foods my family does, and I didn't know of any Asian role models when I was young. Representation and being seen make such a huge impact, and the way you go above and beyond to elevate your videos and use your platform is amazing and unparalleled. I also belong to other identities that I suspect you will be featuring in future videos, so I'm looking forward to those!

Everyone everywhere should come read these comments to see just how meaningful representation is. It's not posturing, it's not appropriation - it's carefully crafted stories from cultures we don't see or hear much in the US, made by people in these communities to entertain and enlighten all of us. Diversity is not the goal, it's the reality. The goal is to make the worlds and people we see in entertainment accurately reflect that reality. Thanks MAM for this series - just wonderful.

I met Imagineer Wing at a media event for the proposed “Westcot” project and resort expansion for Disneyland, which later became California Adventure. He was very nice as I recall. I also met former Disneyland president and legend Jack Linquest and Tony Baxter. I still have those media materials. It’s too bad that project never went through.
