In this video we look at how we can re-energise our retrospectives by changing the format and playing Snakes & Ladders. This format is fun but also allows us to get the right feedback from the squads which helps the squads to continuously improve.
This games was inspired by Danielle Harper who shared her original Snakes & Ladders game with the agile community.
