The journalist ask good questions but the tone is abrasive and rude. Very inquisitive. Evan handled himself very gracefully and appears to be smart and likable even though I don't know anyone using snap glasses or products... 😳

Telling him something he already knows "80% stock decline" during a recession and making him place the paper beside the whole time is beyond disrespectful.

13:25 - such an important point! The main drive behind AR is to get computation out of the way and enhance the real world experience of people, as opposed to creating yet another isolating barrier around them.

I love Joanna. Yes, she puts her guests in the hot seat a bit, but I think it’s clear she’s not being malevolent. Provocative? Sure. But not malevolent. And I thought Evan handle himself very deftly. He’s carved himself out a nice business in an extremely noisy space. That’s gotta count for something. Snap will be fine as long as it stay true to its values and mission, don’t go chasing waterfalls.

That was a good interview. When I look at Snap's growth of DAUs over the last 4-5 years, I see that a lot of the growth is coming from outside North America and Europe. At the beginning of 2019, Snap had 190m DAUs. At the end of the first half of this year, it had almost 400m DAUs. But more important than the growth in DAUs is that this is a highly innovative company and it is very well positioned to benefit from the growth and more mainstream adoption of new and emerging technologies like VR and AR.

These guys are waaaaaay ahead of what's to come. After watching this I feel like my shares are safe and secure!!! Oh and that living inside your computer comment was dead on!!! It makes total sense. I love how businesses can create virtual experiences for their clients/customers. Will be interesting to see how SNAP captures more opportunities in the future. So BTFD!!!

If Snapjot is decommiting their small drone, then will they be willing to allow others that want to build it or variables to use their patents, interfaces, and build blueprints, etc. FREE or are they going to be restrictive? Note: I understand that they may want to profit from their work, but it also seems, to me that companies might benefit from allow others to benefit the community, and perhaps even them selves by seeing if others can also using spin00f.

Snapchat was getting big when I was in high school and my friends and I all used it a lot in high school and college. In college, I actually decided to buy and hold their stock just cause I liked the app & it felt like a good amount of people used it (or at least in my age group). Then they released the Snap glasses which I thought looked dumb and I don't know a single person who got them. This was also around the same time as Google glass which flopped too. Then Snap released the drone thing and I was like oh lord what is Snap doing?? After listen to this talk though, I have a little more confidence in his role as CEO. True, Snapchat stock went up a ton and then down a ton, but I hope they keep trying to innovate...but get more focus groups for opinions. I like that they're trying new hardware stuff, but the last 2 things were 🤔.

I hear the stock drops more. I like he is genuine but he also needs a little bit of exaggeration or even lie. The problem is that Snapchat is only focused on the US. I should provide multi language and more advertise in other counties. It is still a good app though.

What a horrendous and biased interviewer. The guy is an extremely interesting person in the space of AR, but the journalist just does not understand the goals of a technology company and tries to put everything through perspective of sales and competition. Again, fantastic opportunity for an interview, but sad to listen to...

Kohinoor 💎 the real history how a Sikh INDIA 🇮🇳1813 king cheated an innocent MUSLIM KING ,Russia was the reason behind any issues in Asia.😁😁😁always. Because Russia is the King here always for MANY centuries Over a century later in 1738 Nadir Shah, founder of the Afsharid dynasty, following the overthrow of the Safavid dynasty of Persia two years earlier began raiding into Mughal territory before soon launching a full-scale invasion of India. This invading force soon captured Delhi, where after a massacre of the civilian population the army began a systematical looting of the wealth of the city and the treasury of the Mughal Empire.[27] With nearly 10,000 wagons of loot, along with millions of rupees and an assortment of other historic jewels, Nader Shah also carried away the imperial Peacock Throne.[28] And it is here on the head of one of the peacocks on the throne that Nader Shah's biographer Muhammad Maharvi first records seeing the Koh-i-Noor in the 1740s along with other prominent gems, such as the great Timur Ruby and the Daria-i-Noor.[11] It is alleged that Nader Shah exclaimed "Koh-i-Noor!", Persian and Hindi-Urdu for "Mountain of Light", when he first obtained the famous stone.[29][4] One of his consorts is even noted to have said, "If a strong man were to throw four stones - one north, one south, one east, one west, and a fifth stone up into the air - and if the space between them were to be filled with gold, all would not equal the value of the Koh-i-Noor".[30] After Nadir Shah was killed and his empire collapsed in 1747, the Koh-i-Noor fell to his grandson, who in 1751 gave it to Ahmad Shah Durrani, founder of the Afghan Empire, in return for his support.[28] One of Ahmed's grandsons, Shuja Shah Durrani, wore a bracelet containing the Koh-i-Noor on the occasion of Mountstuart Elphinstone's visit to Peshawar in 1808.[31] A year later, Shah Shuja formed an alliance with the United Kingdom to help defend against a possible invasion of Afghanistan by Russia.[32] He was quickly overthrown, but fled with the diamond to Lahore (in modern Pakistan), where Ranjit Singh, founder of the Sikh Empire, in return for his hospitality, insisted upon the gem being given to him, and he took possession of it in 1813.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
