So I made an insert fit my KRA today. It wasn't that hard but I had to modify it heavily. Luckily I took my time and it looks factory. It can be done!

I’ve got a KRL1163 (the box that has this already built in). I’m excited to see how you turn it into a power drawer. The one issue is the cabling, I seem to remember watching a video with snap on saying it was a pain to get it GFL certified. The last thing you want is to short out a power cable to your toolbox.

Hey snap on tool review,, Like your videos man. I found this one particularly interesting because I just bought a 2018 84 inch epiq box with a powerbank drawer (kerp843c) and apparently snap on did away with the long powerbank drawer on the left side. The drawer it has now looks more like the one you’re converting into a power drawer, I’m very skeptical about it and if it’s going to fit all my cordless tools as well as my air tools? It doesn’t look like it has a place for air ratchets, anyways my new box won’t be in for another four weeks so I’ll be looking forward to see how you customize yours. I hope I’m not pissed off with the new design because the old style worked good for me, but snap on says it was a waste of space. Keep up the good videos bro

So i called snap on and they said you have to have a 12 inch deep drawer for this to work in. I am just wondering if you set all the holster towards the bottom of the drawer would there still be enough room to fit the drills ect in the drawer in a ten inch high KRL drawer. You can buy the holsters separate so you could make your own attachment plate but the building of the cross-member that supports the battery end would be challenging. Any thoughts out there on how to make this work in a ten inch high drawer?

Do you know the depth of that drawer? I am looking at adding this to the bottom drawer on my service cart (KRSC46). It looks the same depth but my drawer is much wider than the drawer you used. Hoping to stick it on one side and still allow me room to store my timing light and other odds and ends. Great Video!

I have a question my Epiq 68 was delivered yesterday the drawers weren’t smooth opening and closing empty so figured it was because of nothing in them loaded everything from my old box and they still aren’t smooth like my old box thought I would ask on here before I talk to my Snap-On dealer any suggestions would be appreciated thanks

They will yes in a KRL drawer as it’s deeper. I will most likely end up altering this insert to fit my drawer better.

All Epiqs have the same depth so it should work just fine. As long as you have a deep lower drawer like mine.

Hey dude don't really comment much but I'd like to know your take on the 1.6 L turbo motor in the 2018 Hyundai Elantra GT Sport and what you think about those cars seeing as you work with the brand... I work for Honda but I definitely like to know your thoughts

Fist off, that GT sport is badass. The 1.6 is great. No issues to far that I know of. The redesign of the interior is awesome too.

You would think for the cost of $500 and a left nut he paid for the piece of shit Snap-On drill he used to put things together, that maybe the could've hook it up with an led on the front.
