I disassembled this Impact because it started loosing power as show in the beginning of video.

At the 2:45 mark of the video you removed the bushing from the housing. When those become loose your tool will never work right until the entire housing is replaced. Never removed those and if they are already loose then you need to replace the housing.

Did you just give it a clean up or did you have to replace some parts? My ones just packed up 😅

Richard Weatherall . I replaced all the seals, bushing and the vanes. Also went a step further and converted it to a 1/2 inch anvil.

Can you use the 1/2 anvil on the mg725 to the mg325 impact?

No. It's a different anvil. The 1/2 anvil that fits is MG3151-12R

anyone can put it apart, how come nobody can put em back together with the proper back cover torque spec?

What oil and quantity do you use when reassembling?

I was told by my snap on rep to put non detergent oil. (It's basically air compressor oil) As for the amount you're only suppose to fill the front end plate.
