Ik a lot of people aren’t down to try any of these, and I agree the unhealthier version always tastes the best (the healthier options do taste really nice tho), but I really recommend the frozen grapes. I usually freeze my grapes and blend them with a bit of coconut water to make grape sorbet. Definitely better, and easier to make, than regular sorbet, and you can add coconut milk into it for a more creamier version!

Eat only real food for a month. The processed stuff you live so much will literally be rejected by your body, you'll vomit from it, after a month of only clean real food. 90% of the "food" Americans consume isn't even food. It's poison. But pills and alcohol will fix that right up I guess. Sad really.

As someone who hates hummus, tries it every few years to make sure I still don’t like it, and still hates it, I reccomend switching your chips w carrot chips or cucumber slices but keeping the chip dip. For a lot of people it’s hard to go 100%, so go 80% and go 80% 100% of the time and you will see major improvements in your life as opposed to 100% 20% of the time

@no way no you just have a high metabolism,I have a slow metabolism and I don’t eat anything just lunch and dinner and occasionally a snack yet I gain weight
@YeaNo.2 жыл бұрын
@@xyzahrq there's no such thing as a fast metabolism or a slow metabolism for most people. Metabolism is based on your resting metabolic rate, if you are heavy you actually have a higher metabolic rate than a thin person because fat people require more energy to live than thin people. Some people are more active than others and eat in moderation, activity matters a lot as well because the more muscle someone has the faster they burn calories. If you are gaining weight eating well, move more and eat less, make sure to read calories counts of your most eaten foods, they do matter. The problem is not the speed of your metabolism (for most people). If you track your calories you'll probably see you are eating more than you think. This being said metabolisms can be "damaged" due to yo-yo dieting and eating disorders. I guess what I'm trying to say is it's not something people are born with, it's a changeable rate based on activity and eating habits
@frazebean51172 жыл бұрын
@@xyzahrq that's wrong dude. The cases of people having high/low metabolism are outliers. What's extremely likely is you think you don't eat a lot but it turns out you are. Track your calories and you'll realise you might be eating more than you think.

those arent even equivalent substitutions. if youre craving chips then cucumbers arent gonna do it. same with any of these others. If someone wants cookies theyre not gonna want to drink almond milk instead. they want their cookies
@elixerkat19376 жыл бұрын
mizv salt on cucumbers with a dip are incredible, and honestly the crunch and salt are what draws most people to chips, so cucumbers can become an alternative if you just /want/ to try. That almond one seems a bit weird, but I think it's for the chocolate flavor? In which case, again they'd be right, milk packs a lot more flavor than cookies, and is a lot better for you. You have to want to eat healthy, but claiming these things flat out can't be substitutions is wrong
@LordPoppy6 жыл бұрын
mizv When you're craving certain junky foods it's normally because you're low on something. And substituting the unhealthy for something that is healthy can actually fix the cravings. All you have to do is type into Google what you're craving and if you look in photos there's a list of what you're craving and what it means and then what you should be eating in place of it. It's only around (I think) it's like less than 10% of the time.

No, this actually saying for example you're the type that always want to eat but don't want to get overweight or wants to improve your health too, then do this. For example you want to fill 1200 or 2000 with low calories and healthier options are good for you and the quantity are lots more too. Many people whether on diet or ex obese do this, they binge this type instead. Feel pity for your organs, feed them good stuff don't wait till your hospital bills get high. you can try kombucha + a lil dash of apple cider vinegar + some juice of your choice (I like mango or pomegranate). Makes for a tasty healthier drink! I usually add some water too, to dilute it, cause store-bought juice is too sweet to me (even fresh blended juice I usually dilute with water). I sometimes make kombucha myself and when I add pineapple to it, it also turns out very sweet, sweeter than store-bought kombucha. The amount of each ingredient you can adjust to your own taste. You can also substitute the apple cider vinegar for basically any kind of fruit vinegar and it'll still be tasty, but ACV has more health benefits I think.

Grapes are the best. Basically candy. I also enjoy a greek yogurt smoothie with strawberries, banana, and blueberries. 16oz smoothie comes out to 230 calories. A 16oz milkshake would come in around 800 calories. Also, you should have added walnuts or pistachios in there.
