This is more of a comment on the audio setup. I caught the picture on Twitter, I think it was? Anyway I saw the Scarlett setup with the PodMic. It’s a hell of a combination. I read some comments about people thinking the audio sounded soft, by comparison. I’m not sure if you have a preamp running into it; I couldn’t really see. A lot of people use the cloudlifter, but you could really use the fethead or anything else. It helps reduce the noise floor and increase gain at the same time, so those are solid. Towards the address, I can’t see the mic in the video, but if it’s the same setup you’re using from Twitter, it looks like you’re raising the levels and using it off to the side, similar to a side address microphone. Since I imagine your last mic was a condenser mic, and you’re probably used to using condenser mics in studios for recording, except for when you’re performing on stage, just remember that dynamic mics, specifically the PodMic, as an example, captures a bit better when addressed directly on, since it inherently has a super-cardioid polar pattern, if memory serves. Also, quick headphone recommendations are the Yamaha MT5’s (I think the sound signature is better than the M40X’s and M50X’s), which aren’t that expensive, and the Sivga SV021 Robin’s (specifically the light version with the lacquer since that factors into the acoustics), because they’re supposed to just be incredibly fun. You can also get a hell of a deal on the Soundavo DAC / AMP combo at the moment that’s pretty clean and trades blows with, according to some, the ifi Zen DAC. That said, looking forward to seeing the progression and movement forward; I imagine you’ll be hitting that 1M pretty soon. Edit: You look happy as hell with the new setup though man, I know it’s gotta be fun. Just watched the new PLBL reaction and the audio sounded solid there w/ the setup.

Everything is true mint 💯 homie. Only recommendation is move the mic closer or turn up your voice audio the video audio is great but your a little more quiet than usual.

Others have mentioned the mic but I actually think it'd benefit you to have the video moved to the middle or top left of the screen to meet your eyes a little more.
