@Dwane Meighan good question. The reason is this: basically, I inherited enough money that even if I splurge somewhat regularly, I will never have to work for the rest of my life. As someone who has spent his relatively short life working like a dog, I am sad about losing my uncle, but now I can simply go for a job that I WANT, instead of a job that I NEED. Now unfortunately while I haven't changed, everyone else I know, has. My family, even my closest friends are all now laser focused on my money. Just to be clear, I am not a cheapskate or a tightwad, I try to be generous with those around me, even before I got this money, even so, th8ngs have happened and it's clear where their priorities lie. It sucks ass, but after putting up with this for the better part of the last year, I decided to (quietly) pack everything up, and move somewhere a ways off and try to have a normal life where people don't know who I am. I bought a nice, normal size house in southern Illinois in a small, quiet town and once I start moving in a few days, I'll figure out what to do from there.
