looks like theyre gonna have to re-re-work the main quest to be the same quality as these first 5-10 levels. great excuse for ags to not release content for another couple of years imo 😅 looks pretty good so far and new world isn't really my main mmo anymore so i don't really care at this point. they can take all the time they need

Why would any console player give a shit about this game if they know how little the devs care about the players? Why would anyone buy a game of which you know it wont be patched if there are bugs (and there are a lot), there are no QOL improvments although the community has told AGS for YEARS what they need (stashes are the best example here) and that is basically on maintanance mode for almost a year?

The water looks kinda glitchy when he swims through it. They definitely changed the look of the characters in the cinematic. But unfortunately like the overall game they look soulless and the facial expressions look offputting and unnatural

Thorp has always just knocked down people for the most part. I think really early on he could do like a 25% hp hit or something

Saw this on Reddit. Thanks for sharing. I am positive among all the negativity. lol Looks great and I look forward making a new character on PC. I never finished the main game because the controller support hacks were not good enough for late game content when the game released so went back to ESO. I am glad I waited. Main quest redone, better GFX, native controller support, sharding, swimming... The beta is nearly over :)

It cracks me up how many people commenting on here are players who are so butthurt at the game that is amazing. If any of these butthurt people actually played WoW, ESO, any of those games when they first launched it took years for those games to become what they are, YEARS. Yet we are mad that we have had huge updates, tons of expeditions, new weapons, huge QOL updates, gearsets, storage upgrades, mounts, new areas, trials, all SORTS OF THINGS... Yet the people who cry are the PVP OPR people who cant do anything but rush through the game, dont want to grind, all they want is COD in a MMO

New world has always had top shelf graphics…the PvE content is still ass and the PvP is broken. Not to mention the one PvP map we have since launch and the wars being just filled with war loggers lol. Game will be and forever be trash.

"Overwhelmingly Negative" on steam. Let that sink in, before you think you should buy this on console.

Not even close to enough to be impressed. I don't care about cut scenes or the tutorial, I care about my PvP gear working as intended and not bugging out every month. Get the basics right.
