Also I really loved this break down it was really good at showing how and why you should be holding the stick in certain ways. I really loved when you showed how to clamp the ball correctly. The amount of detail is really awesome because it gives small clips where you can rewind and watch how each muscle fires and lets you practice copying those exact moves.
