Welcome back to Wander Walker! We're back in Ottawa and the snow is falling almost everyday now. The night before it snowed all night, thick heavy wet snow, and we're out exploring in the morning to see how it's transformed the city.
As Canada's Capital City, Ottawa is no stranger to heavy snowfalls in December through to April. Our winters can vary, from being some of the coldest for a large city in the world with not much snow, to being quite mild but having heavy mountains of snow constantly falling and melting through the winter. It remains to be seen what this winter will look like but so far, my money is on lots of snow!
Presented in 4k ultra high definition with ambient sound and music for the preview "Christmas Lo-Fi Hip Hop" by Geoff Harvey (thanks again Geoff!), come walk with me through Ottawa's downtown streets of the Lowertown & Byward Market areas. We'll also pop through the main city park Major's Hill, and have a peek at Parliament Hill and the Canadian Houses of Parliament - where an unexpected demonstration is happening that we'll take a close look at.
Enjoy the video, please Like & Subscribe to the channel for plenty of content throughout the Christmas season & winter months, and remember to take care of yourselves & bundle up out there! (if you get cold winters like us anyway)
