Some of the most popular videos on KZfaq feature people at work. So, this time around, instead of the usual skiing adventures, I'm showcasing something entirely different: the massive amount of work that snowstorms bring with them, requiring us to change all our work plans. Honestly, this means no skiing for me on these days, especially during weekends when we have guests leaving and arriving at the Ustaria Posta 📯.
I've kept my commentary to a minimum in this video. Instead, enjoy the sight of hard work in action 😂. As we say in Ladin, 'If it's so nice watching you work, I can't imagine what it's like to do it!'

It's nice seeing so many videos Igor! I enjoy every second of them (especially the ones with the kids, since I can relate a little bit more to that😅), even though this one was just tiring to watch, let alone do this work myself!😅 It's good to see some new snowfall, since in Austria last week when I went, the conditions were terrible!

On the "sun side" of the alps we never get that much snow as in Austria ... but as it is we have always that amount to get until the end of the season.

Eh...la neve ha i suoi pro e i contro. Meravigliosa ma anche impegnativa. Bella e in alcuni momenti anche impossibile. Per fortuna che ci sono anche dei mezzi che aiutano. Niente è impossibile. Un saluto. 👌👍👌👍

Ueila Igor, quanta bella neve . Yuppie. Certo hai ragione, questa è la parte meno bella della nevicata però indispensabile e tocca al "Boss" entrare in azione . I clienti apprezzeranno e speriamo che il "Comandante" ti concederà una giornata libera per andare sulle piste ... 😁😁👍 Forza Igor

Very great "toy". It's the 4th winter in use so far and never had any kind of problem. As I can remember ... I also never checked oil ... maybe should take a note 😂😂

Giá fatto il primo giro alle 06:00 ... ovviamente solo con pala altrimenti avrei fatto da sveglia a tutti i clienti 😂😂

@@UstariaPosta It's not an option. I will need all the leftover snow when I go to EU at the end of March. Hopefully there will be enough left to ski in Dolomites. I would love to visit Ustaria Posta 🙂

Una curiosità, perchè non spargere sale sul piazzale quando ci sono previsioni di neve? Sono interessato alla risposta perchè anch’io ho un piazzale da spalare 😉

Il sale (o la neve mischiata al sale) si attacca alle scarpe e viene portato in albergo il che rovina tappeti e pavimenti, specialmente quelli piú delicati in parquet. Giá quel poco sale che rimane (dalla strada) ci costringe a cambiare i tappeti all'entrata ormai ogni anno e pulire i pavimenti come minimo 3 volte al giorno nei giorni quando nevica. Quindi il sale é la soluzione piú dannosa per la natura, era meglio finché si usava il ghiaino anche sulle strade.

Did you really have to clear that much snow from the car park? It seemed to take a very long time. I was quite scared for you on the roof, even though you had the safety equipment. By the way, those are called solar panels in English. Ian never clears the snow off our car immediately, does he deserve a free beer? His view is: snow is like sex, you never know how much you're going to get or how long it will last!

Alison ... I've to take note of what Ian wise way of thinking 😉👍👍👍 Parking lot with the snowplower doesn't take long, maybe 1.5 hours, it's when people trample on the snow that it's get messy and half a day is gone.
